About JD
Jeffrey “JD” Dull brings more than 30 years of hospitality and F&B leadership to Bunker Hills Events Center as General Manager. His career spans high-volume golf clubs, event venues, restaurants, and multi-facility operations across Minnesota, with a consistent focus on financial discipline, team development, and guest experience. JD is known for building cohesive teams, strengthening community partnerships, and creating environments where memorable events and everyday hospitality are delivered with confidence and care.
Chad Methum
Executive Chef
About Chad
Executive Chef Chad Methum began his culinary career in 1984, advancing from dishwasher to cook before attending Hennepin Vocational Technical College. He gained experience as a hotel chef and became an Executive Chef at a private club in 1992.
After nearly 15 years in private clubs and hotels, Chad joined Morrissey Hospitality at the Saint Paul RiverCentre in 2004. After taking some time off to take care of his health, he returned to Morrissey Hospitality at Hillcrest Country Club in 2017.
Today, as Executive Chef at Bunker Hills Event Center, Chad leads the culinary team at Kendall’s Tavern & Chophouse and oversees all catered events, bringing decades of expertise and passion to every dish.
Danielle Ashby

About Danielle
Danielle Ashby is the Director of Catering & Sales at Bunker Hills Event Center, where she leads large-scale events with precision, creativity, and a hands-on approach. With deep experience in catering operations, team leadership, and client relations, she is known for delivering seamless events and strong client partnerships. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys riding her sports bike and is excited to become a first-time grandmother in 2026.

Cambrie’s passion for event planning began at the Lumber Exchange Event Center, where she fell in love with bringing events to life. Now a vital part of the Bunker Hills team, she thrives on creating memorable experiences for clients. She believes food choices are key to a great event and loves hearing guest feedback after a successful celebration.
Cambrie enjoys the excitement and surprises that come with event planning—like the time a guest requested to bring an inflatable pool! Above all, she values working with the amazing team at Bunker Hills.
